How we report results

Pipeline, not page views

When we take on a content system, we agree the success metrics in week one — qualified pipeline and assisted conversions, not traffic for its own sake — and report against them every 90 days.

We only publish client numbers we can back with data and the client’s permission. If a page promises you “300% growth”, ask to see the source.

Case study · Healthcare RCM

SEO case study: 2.8× traffic for a healthcare RCM company

For a US enterprise healthcare RCM company, total ranking keywords stayed flat (−4%), yet organic traffic nearly tripled. In other words, the gain came from moving existing pages up the rankings and into AI answers, not from publishing more volume.

  • Organic traffic: 8,638 → 24,174 per month (+180%)
  • Top-3 keywords: 164 → 668 (+307%)
  • Page-1 keywords: 1,148 → 3,588 (+213%)
  • AI Overview keywords: 556 → 1,520 (+173%)

Why this SEO case study matters

Most teams try to grow by adding pages. However, this project shows the opposite approach works. Because the site already had depth, the work focused on structure, schema and answer-ready content. As a result, the site became the most-cited source in its niche across AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini and ChatGPT.

The work shipped May–August 2026, and results were tracked through October, since ranking gains keep compounding after pages ship. Data source: Semrush (US database). Traffic figures are Semrush estimates, and the client name is withheld.
